Cancellation of 24/7 Monitored Service:

Canceling your monitored service is a straightforward process. Simply send us an email requesting the cancellation, including the alarm user’s name and address, along with the reason for cancellation. We will respond to confirm the cancellation and provide guidance on whether equipment return is necessary (this varies by product). Please note that verbal cancellations cannot be accepted; written requests are required for processing.
